I never got bored with the training sessions
Working with Adam, my goal was to lose weight prior to a trip overseas. Before starting I was lethargic and didn’t feel good about myself. With a customized food plan and three 30-minute PT sessions a week, I was able to lose 20kgs in 6 months. I felt much better about myself and had a lot more energy throughout the day.
