Adam has been my PT for the past 3 years as I attend his twice weekly boot camps at my work. His classes are a mixture of boxing, weights and exercises. I particularly like the boxing and it’s great to have a mixture of different routines which he varies every week. This, plus Adam’s encouragement and motivation have kept me attending his classes for so long.
