Working with Adam, my goal was to lose weight prior to a trip overseas. Before starting I was lethargic and didn’t feel good about myself. With a customized food plan and three 30-minute PT sessions a week, I was able to lose 20kgs in 6 months. I felt much better about myself and had a lot more energy throughout the day. I never got bored with the training sessions, as each one was always different from the last and he made each session fun. After finishing with Adam, he gave me plenty of advice about maintaining the weight I was at with basic work out plans for me to do on my own and a basic dietary guide to keep me on track.
