I needed some help to change my unhealthy ways

Adam has the ability to match a work out to every level in the team
I have had the pleasure of having Adam as a personal trainer in both a group setting and one-on-one. In a group setting Adam has the ability to match a work out to every level in the team, we have members over retirement age with worn joints and young guns who want to train really hard, no matter what – by the end of the night everyone has had a good workout in a fun well executed class. Fun as well as a challenge
I am one of the 3 original team members that have been training with Adam 2 nights a week after work for just over 3 years. I find that Adam always varies the routines and can tailor them within the class to suit different fitness and ability levels. Adam has an amazing ability to extend each person individually and gives just the right amount of positive reinforcement to make you want to try harder. Adam’s encouragement and motivation have kept me attending
Adam has been my PT for the past 3 years as I attend his twice weekly boot camps at my work. His classes are a mixture of boxing, weights and exercises. I particularly like the boxing and it’s great to have a mixture of different routines which he varies every week. This, plus Adam’s encouragement and motivation have kept me attending his classes for so long.
