I started training with Adam in 2014 to work towards achieving a bikini body for a trip to Thailand. In just 3 short months I got to where I wanted to be, and have been training with him weekly ever since. He worked with my specific needs and goals, and adjusted my diet and nutrition until I had a plan that worked for me. He’s really helped me put in the time and energy to get in shape, he encourages and challenges me to give it my all and is fun to train with. I can honestly say since training with Adam I have changed my lifestyle and bad eating habits for good, and I’m more aware of what I put into my body. I’m very grateful for his help, and happy with the improvement I have felt in myself since training with him.
