I have had the pleasure of having Adam as a personal trainer in both a group setting and one-on-one. In a group setting Adam has the ability to match a work out to every level in the team, we have members over retirement age with worn joints and young guns who want to train really hard, no matter what – by the end of the night everyone has had a good workout in a fun well executed class.
